A detailed replica of a cloisonné pendant from the Vendel period, which is based on an amulet found in Uppsala. The original cloisonné pendant, after which this replica is made, dates to the period 550 - 650 AD, i.e. the Scandinavian Vendel Age, which immediately preceded the Viking Age.
In contrast to the historical model, this amulet replica is not made of genuine almandine cloisonné but of red glass enamel and is not made of gold but of cast bronze.
This pendant is supplied with a 1 m long black leather cord.
