A classic staple sword of any Viking, Migration Period, or early medieval collector or re-enactor, the tea-cosy or cocked hat pommel sword is a famous and ubiquitous style of sword from those early periods. Defined by its unique pommel shape that resembles a tea-cosy or bicorn hat, it also typically has a short straight crossguard or in this instance a short but slightly upturned crossguard.

This sword features a leather wrapped timber handle and is a classic piece for re-enactors, WMA practitioners and collectors looking to gain an edge on the battlefield.
