All domestic packages sent via Australia Post with tracking, this allows location of the package should it become lost in transit. Some items must be signed for at the post office.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Combined shipping - Yes we DO OFFER combined shipping. Our website will automatically calculate the optimum package size to minimise the shipping cost. Please Note - We cannot consolidate or combine two separate orders after you have placed them. All orders are processed separately.

Postage quote - For a shipping quote please add any combination to your shopping cart and then select to view the cart. From there click on the link to Calculate Shipping & Handling and select your location and preferred shipping method then click the "calculate shipping" button.

Your item will usually be shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment via the method chosen.

Delivery of parcels depends on Australia Post, or the courier companies in urban areas, so we do not have control over this. You will be sent an order tracking number via email as soon as your order has been packed. The shipping contractor usually collects once a day and after this your order tracking number will be available in their system for you to track the delivery progress.

Medieval Fight Club uses trackable post for MOST Australian transactions unless otherwise indicated. Should an item go missing we will do our best to help you track the item.

International Customs - MFC cannot be held responsible for additional charges on international purchases. You are responsible for all duties & taxes charged by your customs office for receiving goods. Customers should check their import restrictions before purchasing.

Large or Oversize items - Some larger items (i.e longer swords, large tents, large breastplates etc) need to be shipped by courier. You must supply an address where someone is available to take delivery during business hours - a workplace address works best for this. If no-one is available the courier will be authorised to leave the package without a signature. Please let us know if this presents any difficulty and we can work together to overcome the issue. We DO NOT ship to a PO Box address via courier.

Pick Up is available 7 days a week (except Public Holidays) from our store at Warnervale, NSW.
Opening times are 10am - 3pm except Public Holidays. If you have placed an order for Pick Up from our store, we will contact you via email when the order is ready for collection, usually within 3 days. Please do not simply turn up, as your order may not be ready for collection.

International Post - International shipping is usually International + Signature. We can send an item via sea mail (on request) but this can take up to 3 months for delivery to some countries.

Authorised to leave (ATL) - All packages are sent with an ATL status. Therefore you must supply a daytime delivery address where someone can sign for your parcel. This is because the courier will charge you for a redelivery if it is required. MFC will not be held responsible for packages after delivery.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please supply complete and accurate delivery details. We cannot be responsible for any loss or delay or failure to deliver or process your order resulting from inaccurate or incomplete details provided.

Futile Delivery (Courier)
If a package cannot be delivered due to the customer providing an incorrect or incomplete address, a $30 redelivery fee will apply before the package can be resent. If the package is returned to sender, a $30 handling fee plus the original shipping cost will be deducted from the order total before any refund is issued.

Return to Sender (Australia Post)
If a package is returned to our warehouse, a $10 RTS (Return to Sender) fee will be deducted from the order total before any refund is issued. If the customer chooses to have the package resent, the $10 fee will apply in addition to the cost of re-shipping.
