About Us: We are a retail store/warehouse specializing in historical replicas and pop culture curios. Our dynamic team is seeking a Retail and Online Store Assistant to join us in Warnervale, NSW.

Role Overview:

• Packing and Dispatch: Responsible for efficiently packing and dispatching orders for our online store, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Customer Service: Engage with customers at our shop front, providing assistance, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Shop Front Maintenance: Keep the shop front clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, restocking shelves, and conducting regular stock checks.
• Adhere to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions, safety protocols, and store operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Friendly and approachable personality with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for online order processing and inventory management.
• Physical ability to lift and move boxes and merchandise.
