Forged by nature. Fit for a Jarl.
This is no common cup. This is a warrior’s horn, hewn by nature, shaped by tradition, and made to honor the gods. It holds enough mead or ale to satisfy the thirst of a battle-hardened Jarl—or any warrior worthy of the shield wall.
Capacity 800MLS
approx. 45cm along the curve
approx. 27cm circumference
Each horn is a gift from the wild—size and shape may vary slightly. Capacity is as stated, and some horns may carry even more.
Before goblets and glass, the clans of the North drank from horn and bone—most often the mighty urus, the wild buffalo of old Europe. That legacy lives in every curve and shadow of this vessel.
Unique as the Warrior Who Bears It:
No two horns are the same. Yours may be dark as night, pale as bone, or mottled like a storm sky. Let us know your color preference (black, white, mottled, etc.) and we’ll do our best to match it.
True to the Old Ways:
We do not coat our horns in modern lacquer. A real warrior wouldn’t taint his drink with chemical trickery. Instead, we recommend beeswax—natural, antibacterial, and used since the days of Odin. Coat it yourself (see our how-to video), or let us do it for you.
You can drink straight from the horn, but beware: ale, wine, and time will leave their mark. Wax it well, and it will serve you for many raids to come.
