As mentioned above, the buckle in the palm strap is a bit annoying, but that is simply fixed.
These are GREAT gauntlets for HEMA or SCA cut and thrust. they would be pretty good for armoured work as well.

- Our pattern has not changed from the historical version over the many years we have been producing this gauntlet. We have tested it now with many weapons including steel swords and axes etc and all have fit and worked. Send us an email about the type of weapon you are using and we will look into it further. BTW, Great modification you have made to help with your weapon of choice.
