Sculpturally crafted bull's skull as a pendant. For the Celts, the bull symbolised assertiveness and aggressiveness, among other things. In European mythology, the bull stands for fertility and is therefore a symbol of fertility as well as the omnipresent power of the cosmic rotation of the heavens. At the same time, the bull symbolises aggressiveness and assertiveness.

The bull was valued in all regions colonised by the Celts, as aggressiveness and strength were regarded by the Celts as high goods and qualities worth living for, as were fertility and fertility. The Celts sacrificed a white bull on high holidays to ensure the blessing of the gods and to make the fields fertile.
