Amongst many other discoveries the Oseberg grave chamber also contained the largest and most varied collection of textiles and textile tools that has ever been found in a single grave. It is without equal in Nordic Prehistory.

Our braid pattern is based on original find in the Oseberg burial.

Braid is sold in 1-metre increments and will be supplied as a continuous length whenever stock allows. In the event that a roll ends before the required length is reached, a new roll will be started, and an additional 20cm will be included at no charge to assist with joining.
