This pair of shoulders with pauldrons is based on an original from the armoury at Churburg Castle

They are unique in that they have the characteristic besagew attached to the shoulder. This piece has been dated from the first part of 15th century although some scholars maintain it may date earlier.

The piece on which this set is based  belonged to Count Matsch and is known to be a Lombard work.

Arming points are situated at the top of each shoulder and a leather strap with brass buckle is used to secure the armour around the bicep.

These shoulders are currently polished steel.

Dimensions:

Length: ~400 mm
Width: ~240 mm at shoulder height
Gauge: ~1.6 mm
Weight: ~1.7 kgs (~3.4 kgs for both)

Looks amazing great craftmanship good fit a little confusing on how to wear it without a Cuirass or harness but still a great piece of armor

You can use arming points directly from your gambeson or arming jacket etc. If you look up those terms we are sure you will find videos to help. Essentially you tie the arming points through the leather at the top of the shoulders.
