looks great Blade looks fantastic, for the price this is fantastic.
Might dye the leather grip a different colour on my sword, but that's just personal prefference.
Would recommend only light combat if any as the tang looks like it may not take heavy hits and deteriorate over time, also the blade looks much to nice to ruin!
Would also reccomend gluing some padding inside the top of the scabbard just to make the fit tighter.

All round though this is a brilliant sword and I adore it.

Impressive economic sword. This sword is very good, it feels tough, flexible and would recommend for a beginner swordsman, however here are some minor issues i had with my sword: 1) The groove on the scabbard depicted in the pictures above was not included on mine, so it makes it more liable to slip out of the frog, also the scabbard is not cut to a perfect V and does not lock in the sword as perfectly as it shows but its no big deal, and the leather around the top of it is peeling off but nothing a bit'o glue wont fix. 3) There a slight chip in the cross guard the size of a pencil tip, likely dropped or bumped, just bad luck really. (likely won't be the case with others) All in all for a sword with a 6 out of 10 combat rating that includes a scabbard at the price of $99 its definitely worth it.

Great for the beginner! I love this sword, many of my non-medieval friends have commented on it, and of course I have told them were I got it from. Some have expressed an interest in getting their own.

Great quailty, sturdy (I have even used it in combat), coupled with a suitable frog and it makes for a great addition to any re-enactment outfit.
