The Lewis chessmen or Uig chessmen, named after the island or the bay where they were found, are a group of distinctive 12th-century chess pieces, along with other game pieces, most of which are carved from walrus ivory
This Knight piece is cast in the Fight Club workshop from resin and is hand-painted to emulate the original walrus ivory. Based on the one from the British Museum and is made in 1:1 scale.Knight measures 6cm high by 4cm long.
